ABOUT CAPITAL TRUSTEES
Serving as an independent trustee and fiduciary, Capital Trustees, LLC was founded to provide better service and value for the ESOP community. The professional team at Capital Trustees has extensive business experience, which allows them to efficiently and effectively fulfill their fiduciary duties.

Capital Trustees serves as ongoing trustee to over 40 ESOP companies. Additionally, Capital Trustees serves as transaction trustee and has worked with companies throughout the US ranging in size and value from $1 million and 15 employees to $400 million and 3,000 employees.

Prior to forming Capital Trustees, Rich spent over 25 years as a financial consultant to businesses and executives. He has been an ESOP Trustee since 2008.

Capital Trustees has been responsible for approximately 160-170 valuations since its founding, in which we either set the share price in annual valuations or determine a range of values for a transaction. Our expertise in overseeing the valuation process and accepting the valuation conclusions is fundamentally connected to our fiduciary duty as trustees.
